About Jules

I’m Jules Tarrant, and my approach is shaped by more than 30 years of experience supporting people through change — helping them cut through overwhelm, heal what matters, and create real, lasting change, gently, powerfully, and with purpose.

My work is grounded in lived experience, formal study, and extensive professional training. I hold a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and have spent decades working at the intersection of mind, body, and behaviour, supporting people through trauma, stress, and profound personal change.

Over the years, I’ve led and trained coaching teams across Australia and New Zealand, managed a multimillion-dollar coaching division, co-authored a personal development book, and created and delivered educational programs for individuals, leaders, and business owners — including work with large, diverse audiences. These experiences have shaped how I work, but they are not what define it.

What most informs my approach is my own journey. I understand personally what it means to grow up in environments shaped by trauma and adversity — and what is possible on the other side of that experience. Healing is not only possible; it can lead to a life that is lighter, more grounded, and deeply fulfilling. It does not need to be painful, overwhelming, or retraumatising. With the right support, it can be gentle, empowering, and surprisingly swift.

Today, I work primarily with people who are ready for meaningful change but don’t want to relive their past to move forward. Using The Pillar Code, I support clients in creating clear, embodied shifts—reconnecting to calm, confidence, and a stronger sense of self — so they can move forward with clarity and purpose.

The Pillar Code 12 Step Program

The Pillar Code 12 Step Program, developed by The Pillar Code™, is a structured three-month program that offers a clear pathway for deep, sustainable personal change.

The program supports people to move out of reactive, self-sabotaging survival patterns shaped by fear and past trauma, and into a state of calm, clarity, and purposeful action — without the need to relive the past or engage in forced emotional processing.

How It Works

The Pillar Code works by meeting you where you are now, not by revisiting where you’ve been.
Sessions are structured, gentle, and deeply grounding, supporting meaningful change without emotional overwhelm. The focus is on restoring calm and clarity first, so you can move forward with steadiness, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

STEP 1: CALM

We begin by settling the nervous system, bringing the mind and body into a calmer, safer state of regulation.
As stress decreases, peace becomes accessible, creating the internal conditions required for meaningful change.




STEP 2: CONTROL

As the system stabilises, the subconscious patterns that drive reactivity, overwhelm, and self-sabotage are gently revealed—without reliving the past.
This restores inner control, choice, and purpose, allowing life to be navigated intentionally rather than reactively.




STEP 3: CONFIDENCE

With clarity and tools in place, change is integrated steadily and practically.
Confidence grows, resilience strengthens, and life begins to flow with greater ease, connection, and prosperity — emotionally, relationally, and practically.

Working Together

Working together through The Pillar Code is a structured, supportive partnership between you and me, focused on restoring calm, clarity, and forward movement in your life.

This is not about fixing you. It’s about creating the internal conditions that allow lasting change to occur naturally and sustainably. 

                                        WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE 12-WEEK PROGRAM

 
 
  • A structured, evidence-informed 12-week journey
  • 22 appointments across three months
  • Two sessions per week, most sessions up to 45 minutes
  • Three longer 90-minute sessions (at the beginning, midpoint, and conclusion) to review progress and integrate change
  • Each session is recorded and securely stored in your private cloud folder
  • A guided journey journal (digital and hard copy) to support reflection and integration
  • Tools you can use independently - for the rest of your life.
 
This work builds resilience, not reliance. The aim is for you to leave with clarity, confidence, and tools you can continue to use long after the program ends.

This work is best suited for people who are open to an integrated, east-meets-west approach to healing — one that recognises the relationship between mind, body, emotion, and internal state. INVESTMENT IN WORKING TOGETHER
 
The investment for working together through the 12-week Pillar Code program is $3,500 and includes all sessions, program materials, recordings, and support across the full duration of the program.
